Diogo Carvalho is a virtuoso guitarist in both concert and popular music venues. The performer toured the world and recorded albums with a focus on expanding the repertoire of the classical guitar, whether by composing or transcribing music. The album with his transcriptions of piano pieces by Debussy, Ravel, and Satie that was “highly recommended” by the Classical Guitar Magazine. As a member of the quartet LADAaLADO, Carvalho toured Russia. The program included a composition by Carvalho and Leonardo Padovani, which performance at the Igor Butman Club, in Moscow, was reviewed by the Russian website MUSECUBE: “The astonishingly powerful composition 'Ponte das Cordas' has become one of the pinnacles of the musical evening".
